Gangarama Temple

BMICH is the next stop on the itinerary. The acronym represents ‘Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall’. This is the prime location for most international conferences in Sri Lanka, as well as island-wide events. It is one of the most well-known locations in Colombo.

Manning Market 

As the oldest market in Sri Lanka, this busy marketplace has been operating for a considerable amount of time. When you visit this place you can observe the people’s diligence as they move through the market carrying a variety of goods. It is possible to walk around the market and purchase some of the various items on sale.

Fort 

The British eventually seized control of Colombo Fort which was built by the Portuguese and Dutch. This location is closest to the stately neo-classical building housing the President of Sri Lanka the Presidential Gardens the Fort Railway Station and the President’s House. Old Parliament Building
